Hi, I'm Ashley, a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I work with women worldwide to live healthy, happy, and realistic busy lives. Given how many women are taking GLP-1s, I created a program that meets each woman where she is in the journey to have sustainable results for years to come.
